Thank you for shopping at Solar Spot Lights! We are committed to delivering your Nacinic outdoor solar lights efficiently and securely.

1. Flat Rate Shipping

We offer a flat rate shipping fee of $8.95 per order for all domestic shipments.

2. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

3. Domestic Shipping

For orders shipped within the United States, estimated delivery time is 5-10 business days from the date of shipment. We primarily use USPS and UPS for domestic deliveries.

4. International Shipping

We offer international shipping to select countries. Estimated delivery time for international orders is typically 10-25 business days, depending on the destination and customs processing. Please note that additional customs duties, taxes, and fees may apply upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the item price or shipping cost. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information before placing an order.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment directly on the carrier's website.

6. Shipping Delays

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, Solar Spot Lights is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, adverse weather conditions, customs processing, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. We appreciate your understanding in such situations.

7. P.O. Box and APO/FPO Addresses

We support shipping to P.O. Box and APO/FPO addresses. Please note that these orders can only be shipped via USPS.

8. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us at support@solaroutdoorspotlight.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date or receipt of the damaged package. Please provide your order number and details of the issue. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate and resolve the issue promptly.

9. Restricted Countries

We do not ship to countries that are subject to U.S. export restrictions or sanctions. If your country is on such a list, we will be unable to process your order.
