Refund Policy

At Solar Spot Lights, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of our Nacinic outdoor solar lights. If you are not entirely happy, we're here to help.
1. 30-Day Return Window
You have 30 calendar days from the date your item was delivered to initiate a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@solaroutdoorspotlight.com. Please include your order number and the reason for the return. Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to send back your item.
Please do not send your item back without first receiving an RMA number, as it may delay or prevent your refund.
3. Condition of Returned Items
All returned items must be in unused condition, with all original packaging, accessories, and documentation included. Items that show signs of use, damage, or are not in their original packaging may be subject to a partial refund or refusal.
4. Refund Method and Processing Time
Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and whether your refund has been approved or rejected. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
5. Return Shipping Costs
The customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning their item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund if we provide a return label.
6. Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Some health and personal care items (if applicable)
- Clearance or final sale items
- Personalized or custom-made items

7. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@solaroutdoorspotlight.com within 7 days of delivery. We will require photographic evidence of the damage or defect. Upon verification, we will offer you a free replacement or a full refund, including any original shipping costs. We will cover the return shipping costs for damaged or defective items.
8. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@solaroutdoorspotlight.com.
9. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@solaroutdoorspotlight.com.
